About Me

Having been born and brought up in beautiful Northumberland I appreciate Mother Earth and her energies. I enjoyed a peaceful way of life, however this all changed once finishing university and moving to London. It was here I became acutely aware of spiritual and detrimental earth energies literally front and centre particularly in my day to day life working within the NHS.

My energy diminished as the day went on, with all interactions draining me. I was exhausted but had difficulty sleeping. This took its toll on my health and relationships with unexplained aches & pains and illnesses, thoughts that seemed to be random and not from my own making and an intense sensitivity to others moods,  especially their energies. 

This started my own healing journey. Exploring the why’s and how’s opened my eyes to the benefits, almost to the necessity of energy healing. We are energy, everything around us is too. All our interactions create energy, understanding this and the energy of others including our environment is tantamount for our health and wellbeing. We all benefit from clearing away the detriment of our day to day lives, healing our energy systems bringing ourselves back on an even keel allowing our body, mind and spirit to do what it knows best, protect.
